Personality: Ayaka as most would see her would be cold. Blank emotionless stares as she roams around Gotei 8 but inside that stare would be a caring, gentle, and kind. Just is awful at expressing it which others assume a judgemental or strict nature as not many have heard her talk either. Being the Vice Captain of the 1st division brings a lot of responsibilities to her daily job and people assume generally that they must be proper when in reality she just wants to make more friends. For when situations arise she is usually there gracefully to diffuse the situation without violence as the one time some smart ass tried to fight her it ended in a cold blood bath as when it comes to combat she is terrifying.
Her blank stare turns into a cold eerie smile as a cold aura would sweep the field. Most VC and above would be able to shrug this cold but the general mass would feel the temp dropping usually about 10 degrees. About 20-30 Degrees if she calls out her Shikai.
While most do their best to behave properly around her she does her best to help nudge them into the right direction if they are in need of assistance but are too scared to ask for her help. Majority of that can be depicted as a small snowman showing them their way.

History: Not much is remembered about her past life but from the moment she arrived, she was alone. After slowly stabilizing herself finding a small job she was recommended to join the shinigami force if she was accepted. With nothing much to do she applied and passed. With her study she passed with flying colors and was accepted into blank Division before eventually getting promoted to VC of the first division Side Notes: [Anything relevant not listed below goes here.]

Ability Name: Chilling Aura
Ability Description: Her reiatsu becomes chilled and produces Ice plunging those around her into freezing temperatures. This has a range of 200 ft centered on her, it lasts three posts with a three post cooldown, each post inside the aura causes one inch of ice to attempt to form over the target(s) body(ies). Each victim will suffer a bala's worth of damage each post they are inside of the aura. Entering the Aura causes a bala's damage immediately (Which will stack with the end of the post "Bala damage" if they remain inside at the end of their post). Exiting the aura does not damage fleeing victims.
Ability Name: Chilling Touch
Ability Description: She is able to attempt to freeze those she touches. The longer she touches you the colder the ice will become. This starts off by immediately forming ice against whatever is touching her hands directly and dealing a bala's worth of damage on contact. Each post contact is held this damage is reapplied and the ice spreads. By the third post half of someone's body would be iced over regardless of size.

But in more of a Ice blue/White shine with frost covering parts of it.
When her Shikai is released, Ayaka's skin turns pale and her clothes become solid white with no discernible patterns on them. Her clothes also grow slightly, looking almost oversized on her, with long elaborate ribbons on the back that seem to flow into eternity. There is almost always a slight breeze flowing from an uknown direction that prevents her from being at total serenity.
Abilities:
Ability Name: Snow Sakura Blossom
Ability Description: Ayaka can create up to 5000 ice petals that look, initially, like white cherry blossom petals. Ayaka is capable of replacing this petals at will as long as the total amount never exceeds the 5000 total limit. These petals move quickly by mental command from Ayaka and cut enemies that come into contact with them as if they were blades of metal.
Ability Name: Ice Petal Explosion
Ability Description: Ayaka can, at will, explode any number of her current ice petals causing either a regular explosion or an "ice shrapnel grenade"-like effect. This explosion does a hadou 4's worth of damage, but each petal's damage stacks. Meaning multiple hits are more deadly, up to a total damage limit of a cero's worth of pain and suffering. Ayaka can trigger these explosions once per post regardless of how many she explodes. Each explosion has a range of five feet, up to 20ft, depending on what "Shape" her petals are in when they explode. (Bigger petal shapes bigger booms). The total damage cap is the same regardless.
Ability Name: Sculptor
Ability Description: Ayaka can shape her ice petals into anything she desires, using up her 500 petals to do so in the process. She can make an object as big as a car (Which would use all 5000 of the petals mind you) or could make 100 katana. Either way the damage, speed and effects of the petals would remain as normal. When used defensively she can block an attack up to a Cero once per post using her ice petal creations. Anything below that does not incur the once per post limitation even if she had previously blocked a Cero in that same post.
Ability Name: Freezing Slice
Ability Description: Touching or being struck by a single ice petal leaves a paper thin patch of ice where contact was made, regardless of material (Except fire or something super heated. Cuz duh it'd melt). This means that if one is hit by all petals they could find themselves encased in several inches of ice, making it harder, if not impossible, to move normally. This leftover ice can be broken off by various methods but unless dealt with it will not disappear on its own.
