Tina had heard around the block that people were dissatisfied with how inexperienced and new Ayaka was and how Tina even qualified over any of the much older captains out of left field like that. However Tina had yet to provide either a show of force for herself or a proper opponent for Ayaka. She had now decided to kill two birds with one stone. She would train Ayaka in broad daylight until Ayaka collapsed from either damage or fatigue. It would be a rough approach for Ayaka, but she needed the push to strengthen her own morale as a superior shinigami. She was facing THE captain commander. Who else could dare claim that?
To that end, while Tina would hold back within reason, she did not intend to make this quick or simple for Ayaka.
Now that she had finalized the decision in her head, she got up from her desk and busied herself throughout the division for about an hour making it known to everyone who could possibly care and get someone to summon or find Ayaka and bring her to the training hall of the First Division Barracks immediately.
By the time Tina got to the training hall she figured Ayaka was either running on her own power because she heard she was called for or being carried by a rabid mob of veterans who want to see her fail so they can laugh at her. She wasn't quite sure which.. She was probably supposed to be more worried about that than she really was though.
Either way it meant that for at least a moment Tina had to wait for Ayaka to arrive. Training was going to be rough.
