C.H.A.O.S.
CHAOS is a group founded by Ika Mazi. CHAOS, hereinafter "Chaos", is known to be an acronym, the actual words that the acronym stands for are constantly being changed and are simultaneously being shrouded in mystery. What Chaos actually stands for may very likely never be known in truth, may have been lost to time, may be the result of a drunken bet, or may have been chosen because the word sounds good. Regardless, it represents the banner under which its members operate, with them currently not even having a symbol to ally their cause under. As a group, Chaos exists outside social norms, and treats all members as roughly equal to each other.
Humans, for their entire lives, have lived at the bottom rung of the totem pole. Shinigami purify and protect them, Hollows terrorize and eat them, and the whole time Humans have seemingly come to terms with what they have become, and the lack of abilities they have to defend themselves. Ever since Ika Mazi's first interference with Humans, he realized that things needed to change, in a way which he could bring about those changes, and thusly did Ika Mazi set off with the hope of gathering the humans under his wing, keeping them safe, and training them so they could perform their own stunts of glory.
Whether or not Ika has secret plots in regards to what he's going to do with his newly acquired army, no one knows. Chaos isn't about being super strict or taking over the world; at least not right now, it's not. All Chaos tries to be is a place where anyone is welcome regardless of where they come from, and especially if they're Human, they receive a chance to fight for what they believe in rather than being dust in the wind. Even the Quincy managed to get wrangled into Chaos, and have integrated quite nicely.
In a seemingly random location in Aokigahara, there is a single tiny building that looks like it could comfortably fit and house a single individual. This building acts as an elevator, descending into the 60-Story underground base funded by Avon. The 45th Floor is an incredibly large open space that highly resembles Aokigahara above it, including having natural insects and flowers. It is lit up by an artificial sun which replicates the day/night cycle accurately. The other floors have not yet been explored, but it's theorized that Floor 60 is Ika's personal floor, with Floor 59 being a nearly fully stocked bar that contains barrels upon barrels upon barrels of alcohol of various types and flavors.
Unlike other Organizations, Chaos is not properly bound by organizational red tape. Members of Chaos are simply members of Chaos. While there is a social hierarchy, it has never been fully explored, and the "order" of members on this page is far from accurate in terms of hierarchy, but are accurate in terms of current Tier.
